Monthly Theme and Yoga Practice Video: Since getting to a yoga class consistently may be challenging during the first year (or beyond), each month I will share a yoga practice that will keep you moving, breathing and strengthening.

These videos will be posted in the first week of each month, and you can enjoy the practice throughout the month. ** The first video will be posted the first week of August. **   

Monthly Coaching Calls: Just like the virtual coaching calls we held during the immersion, you'll get to hang out with me and the entire mastermind group once/month to share your updates, ask all your questions, get guidance or ideas, and be held accountable for your motherhood goals and desires.

These calls will be held around the 15th of every month and the day/time will float to accommodate as many members as possible. You can post questions in advance and replays will be available for 30 days after the call. ** The first call will be on August 12. **   

Private Facebook Group: Have a question or need connection or support in between calls? Motherhood Mastermind members will have an exclusive Facebook group to brainstorm, share progress, and receive guidance from me and the group.

My goal is that this is not just me showing up to teach, but that we're building a community of mothers with diverse experiences and perspectives.
